Dnisi is an independently owned Scottish family brand, founded in 2004, specialising in premium “roasted in-store” coffees, contemporary hand baked scones and fresh delicious soups.

Our Founding Directors’ vision was to bring local communities closer together through providing excellent coffee, food & drink experiences, whilst sharing fun & laughter.

COMMUNITY

The 1st Dnisi store opened in 2004, in our Director’s home town of Kirkintilloch and quickly became a bit of a community magnet, with something of a buzz about it.  It has grown over the years to become an institution, and is widely recognised now as a Scottish family brand serving premium coffee combined with a superb array of handcrafted scones.

We’re all about bringing people together, to relax, share stories and enjoy the warm, friendly atmospheres.

COFFEE

At the heart of our Brand is our coffee.  Our signature “D’nisi Blend” is truly a firm favourite, in addition we also offer rare & exclusive single roast batches, offering you the luxury to experience the highest quality coffees from around the Globe.  

We’ve introduced “Micro Roasters” into our stores, which now means we are Certified Coffee Roasters.   This allows us not only to continue serving you amazing quality coffee, scones & food, but additionally provide you with THE ONLY LOCALLY ROASTED BEANS” for miles!  Freshly roasted…..every day…. every cup.
