OUR STORY
Born in Scotland in 2004, Dnisi is a proudly independent family-run brand serving up seriously good coffee, legendary scones, and food that’s uncomplicated, fresh, and full of flavour.
From day one, our mission’s been simple: bring people together for great chat, better coffee, and a bite to eat that actually hits the spot. Fast forward and our stores are still full of buzz, friendly faces, and the smell of something delicious baking.
COFFEE FIRST (ALWAYS)
Our house hero is our “Dnisi Blend”—roasted in-store for max freshness and full-on flavour. But we like to mix it up too. Every 7–8 weeks we introduce new guest coffees from around the world—rare, single-origin beans that give you something totally different in your cup. Think global tastes, roasted right here.
SCONE GOALS & FRIENDLY SOULS
We’ve created over 30 wild (and wonderful) scone flavours in-house—yep, thirty—and you’ll find at least 6 freshly baked and ready to roll every day. From the classics to the quirky, there’s a scone with your name on it.

Our Story So Far
2004
It all started in Scotland, with a simple dream and a lot of heart. We opened our very first store in Kirkintilloch, a family-run coffee roasters, bakehouse, and eatery where community and quality came first.
2011
In this year, we reached a new milestone, opening our 5th store, located in Stranraer and welcoming even more people into our growing family.
2018
Building on years of experience and dedication, we opened another store in Bathgate, bringing our signature hand-roasted coffee and freshly baked goods to a brand new community.
2024
Fast forward to today, and we’re celebrating the opening of our very first mall store in the Almondvale Centre in Livingston – still proudly family-owned, still roasting, baking, and serving with heart.
